Office FAQs
- Should I call ahead to book an appointment?
Yes, it always is best to book an appointment ahead of time to ensure we have room in our schedule to see your pet.
In the event that your pet needs emergency care during our regular business hours, please call our clinic right away.
- What is your appointment cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible so that we can offer the space in our schedule to other patients.
We don't have a cancellation penalty, but ask that you do your best to respect the schedules of our veterinary team.
- What types of payment options are available?
Payment will be due at the time of the appointment and can be made by cash, check, debit card or credit card.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by debit card, credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX) and cash. All services require payment and unfortunately we do not offer payment plans or delayed billing.
- What types of animals do you treat?
We take care of small domestic pets including dogs and cats.
- Do you offer pet boarding services?
Yes, we offer boarding services for both dogs and cats.

STEP 1
Check In & Complete Forms
Please arrive about 10 minutes early for your first appointment. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our front office team and asked to fill out our New Patient Form. To save a bit of time, you can complete the form online in advance.
STEP 2
Initial Assessment
One of our veterinary assistants will weigh your pet and escort you to an exam room where you will be asked questions about your pet’s medical history, current medications and reason for the visit. We will also take a picture of your pet to place into our electronic medical record system.
STEP 3
Examination
One of our veterinarians will introduce themselves and begin examining your pet. They will then discuss their findings, assessment and recommendations. You are welcome to ask any questions that you have along the way. Our goal is to work with you to provide your pet with a long, healthy and happy life.
STEP 4
Prepare for Home & Checkout
Your veterinary assistant will go over any medications or at home care recommendations with you. You will then be walked back to the front desk where you can schedule any follow-up appointments if needed and be checked out by our front office team.
